1. Give Us Your Details

Give us call, or send an email with the details of your project along with any mockups or design images you have. Please refer to our artwork requirementsin order to make sure your files meet our specifications.

2. Invoice Approval & Deposit

Once we have all the necessary information from you, we’ll send you an invoice along with a mockup of your what your finished product will look like. If you approve it all we’ll get started.Pricing for this process is based on screens, set up and print per piece. We ask for 50% deposit prior to starting the job.

3. Send/Drop-Off Your Items

If you already have your shirts then you can send them to us or have them shipped here from wherever you’re ordering them from. If you’re local, you can bring them to us in person. Unfortunately we cover shipping for finished projects only, not anything being sent to us.

4. Your Project Is In Production

We’ll inform you as soon as we receive your shirts and start the printing process. It normally takes 7-10 business days from the time we receive your shipment for completion. We will, of course, let you know you if there are any delays or issues along the way.

5. You’re All Done!

Your order is ready! This is when you close out your invoice and we ship you your items. As always, if you’re near us, you can choose to come to our location and pick up your stuff. We’ll pop a bottle to celebrate and…schedule your next order?? *wink*
