We have a 12 pc per style per ink color minimum for screen printing.
We require a 50% deposit prior to starting any job. If payment has not been made the order will NOT be processed. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% transaction fee. We accept major credit cards visa, mastercard, discover and American express. We accept checks, however projects WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until check clears. NO CHANGES ALLOWED after deposit have been submitted. Closing payments are due at project completion, prior to pickup or shipping. If a check is used for closing payment, delivery of finished items WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until check clears. KISS Printz is not responsible for extended or missed completion dates due to invoice processing times. Closing payments not received after 10 days will result in the washing of your screen and future orders to be paid in full upfront with new screen fees included.
In certain cases we will price match. Please provide the original invoice or quote from the competitor with their business information. Price matching cannot be combined with discount codes and does not include shipping or additional production fees.
All artwork must be submitted in an illustrator or Photoshop format at least 300 dpi with specified print dimensions. If created in Photoshop please send artwork with layers. If done in illustrator make sure text is converted to outlines. We will not proceed with the order if artwork is of poor quality. If no artwork dimensions are specified, we will adjust to fit the smallest size shirt in the order. Any images received outside of these formats with result in an artwork prep fee.
Art approvals will be sent via e-mail 1-3 business days after order has been placed. Proofs MUST BE APPROVED AND SIGNED by the customer in order to begin production.. If you do not approve the mock up within 24 hours your order may be delayed. After approvals are signed or consented via e-mail there will be no changes. *Note: KISS is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mock-up. Please be sure to thoroughly check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling and product information.
Changes are limited to the following: Adding additional pieces to the order, changing graphic color. Additional fees and extra production time may be applied (subject to minimums). No changes are allowed once a payment is taken. Anything added to the order after the order has been placed will be considered a new order, additional fees may apply.
All orders are final. If a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours. If and order has been placed you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any service already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in production or any printing has been done. Note:*If your order is a rush there are no changes allowed after your order has been placed.
We do offer rush services but this service is not always available. In order for your order to be consider as a rush we need the following: 1. Work Order Form must be filled out with all the details of your order including pantone numbers, garment style and size breakdown. For contract printing goods must be in house, separated by graphic and ready to print. Rush orders are subject to a fee of 25% or more of the order total depending on amount requested completion days.
We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly but mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Keep in mind we have a 5% damage allowance, we recommend to order additional pieces of each size and color garment. Washouts: We will make sure ink is cured to our best ability, however there are times heat inconsistencies play a part. Therefore we recommend that you test wash two (2) of your garments according to their care label instructions, within the 48hr allotted inspection time and let us know if you have any peeling or cracking issues. If time allows, we will arrange for you to return the items for a thorough curing. Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is 1/4” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint. KISS is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rip, tears or holes in garments. KISS is also not liable for inconsistencies in discharge printing due to fabric, fabric dye and/or fabric content. KISS is not responsible if certain items are out of stock. If items are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative styles.
If you are providing the garments for printing, then you must provide us with a detailed description of the garment, including style number(s), color(s), size(s), quantity and packing slip. KISS requires at least one additional piece per style in each color if needed for testing ink such as (discharge), colors and or printing techniques etc. We are not responsible for the end result of screen printing on the following treatments: Garment dyeing, tie dyeing or special washes made on the garment.
Our turnaround is usually 7-10 business days. If we are extremely busy our turn around can vary from 10-14 business days. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in your hands please let us know. We do offer a rush service (if available) please contact us if you need a rush order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable), unless specified by coupon or deal. Customer must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location. We use our own UPS, USPS and FedEx accounts and add shipping costs to a seprate invoice. KISS Printz is not responsible for any delays.
Screens are property of KISS Screen Printing inc. Screens are kept for 6 months after the initial order. After that screens are reclaimed if you have not returned for a reprint. If you wish to do a reprint after your screen has been washed you will have to pay screen fees again. *Note: If you have the same design and would like printing in a different area of the garment it can be considered an additional screen and set up.
Pantone color match is available for plastisol, water base and discharge inks. For water base and discharge color mixing colors will be charged at standard rate of $10.00 per color. Please note that Pantone color mixing is not 100% accurate.
Estimates expire in 14 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of the graphic. You will normally receive an estimate within 24 hours of your quote request. (Weekends are excluded. Example: You submit a request Friday at 3:30pm you will receive your estimate on Monday during business hours. Please provide us with a little time to get back to you.)
KISS Printz has the right to change and alter pricing without notice. We care about our customers and always try to keep our prices low and reasonable.
