Plastisol

This ink is the most commonly used ink in the industry. Plastisol inks sits on top of the fabric, giving the image a superior color saturation and durability.

Foil

Is a reflective mirror like technique applied by printing a coat of adhesive to the garment and then heat sealing the area with a sheet of foil. Great for those who like a little Bling!

Heat Transfer

Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press. This process can also be used to press vinyl plotted images to the garment.

Soft Hand Plastisol

Is plastisol ink mixed with an additive to soften the ink. It creates a soft hand feel. This technique is often used to create a “vintage” look.

Giltter

Glitter ink is a mixture of clear and color plastisol ink with many small glitter flakes that are made from an optimum blend of polyester materials which add a sparkle to your design.

High Density

High Density prints are achieved by stacking layer upon layer of ink to raise the print above the fabric by up to 3 mm (1/8 inch).

Waterbase

Water base inks are eco-friendly and water soluble. The ink absorbs to the fibers of the garment achieving a soft hand touch. Water base inks are considered premium and desirable for achieving a high-end look.

Metallic

Metallic inks are infused with small particles to create a shimmer look. They are great for creating a foil or glitter imitation.

Clear Gel

Is a plastisol based gel that gives a glossy wet look. Clear gel is perfect for watermarks and cool effects.

Discharge

Discharge ink is a water based product that is formulated by adding an activator to the ink in order to remove the dye from the fabric. Discharge works on 100% cotton. Excellent for dark colored grounds.

Reflective

Reflective: A plastisol based ink that shines when illuminated, offering visibility in low-light environments. Great for construction workers, police, firemen or anyone wanting to add reflection to their wardrobe.

Glow in the dark

Glow-In-the-Dark: Super fun and festive. Activates the same as all glow-in-the-dark items, by holding it to a light or heat source for a few seconds.

Puff

Puff is a plastisol based ink that raise above the surface adding density and texture to your print. Almost 3D like!

Split Fountain

Is a time-honored technique for printing in two or several colors in one pass. The end result is beautiful rainbow of individual colors softly blending into each other.

Blacklight

Like regular glow in the dark inks, blacklight inks absorb energy and re-emits it as visible light. Unlike ordinary glow in dark paints, however, the glowing effect is only visible under ultraviolet lights. When viewed in regular light, these ink colors are bright and vivid. Invisible black light is a clear color that only appears under Black Light conditions. Add a hidden image or slogan over a simple white impression that when under Black Light conditions will Fluoresce. There are 6 invisible Black Light colors available: Inv Blue, Inv Green, Inv Yellow, Inv Violet, Inv Orange and Inv Bright White. Shown to the right, top image is under Black Light conditions.
